Energy security and resilience advisory
I support governments, utilities and development partners with solutions and strategies for energy security and resilience in a more complex world.
My work covers critical infrastructure and energy markets, connecting disruption scenarios with operational, investment and institutional decisions. This includes the policy and regulatory conditions for resilience, as well as technical studies undertaken with relevant supporting experts and firms.

Relevant background
I spent six years supporting Ukraine’s energy sector throughout wartime through Tetra Tech, including leadership of the gas team within the US$937 million Ukraine Energy Security Project. Work included pre-winter stress tests, emergency equipment programmes and support for personnel shelters. I now serve as an independent supervisory board member of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine.
Public reference: Energy Community coverage of the 2024 Kyiv gas markets and energy security conference, including the session I led on supply diversification and biomethane.
